⭐⭐⭐ – Another one that I had such high hopes for kind of felt letdown. Still worth the read, I’m glad I read it, but I think my hopes were too high.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – It is difficult calling this one a good book, because it was so difficult to listen to. The content is brutal, but worth the read. - Be Mine and All Mine by Savannah J. Frierson 🍰🌱👑
⭐⭐⭐⭐.5 – Interracial Poly Romance novellas dealing with anxiety and learning how to communicate. These were refreshing.

Just the one this week — I needed a book with a pink cover and tried Wrong but as funny as the beginning was I wasn’t a fan of the rest and gave up at 35%

I’m 75% into listening to Flat-Out Sexy. I’m not super into it, but I’m determined to finish it.
Other News
Books: I’ve started to get my library book pile under control, but couldn’t get myself to read ARCs. Perhaps this week…
Watched: I’m going strong with watching Bob’s Burgers, but also fit in Game Changers which my fiance wanted me to watch. Looks like we are going to try eating less meat!
Reviews: I started to review some things, but didn’t get much done… hopefully more this week!
What am I listening to?
I’m mostly doing audiobooks these days. I have been listening to music on my commute since it is so short and I need to concentrate while driving in the snow.
Other: I actually drove to meet up with a friend yesterday! I got out of the house. The drive is why I started a new audiobook haha, but it was nice to talk with a friend and try a new restaurant. We went to Zoup! which was sooo yummy.
You know what’s weird? As stressful as work is and even though I’m not spending all my time reading I’m… happy. I feel fulfilled. I didn’t realize how much changing locations and leaving a slightly toxic work place would affect my mood. Or maybe it is just my determination to try to get out more 😁.
Today
We are going to my in-laws for dinner tonight (look at me socializing twice in one weekend!) and perhaps I’ll join my fiance to the grocery store…depends if we think we can leave the dog alone. Her separation anxiety is real.
Until then though, I really want to read! Here are some options:

This one I picked for a challenge AND it is f/f which is a type of romance I need to read more of. - Moonshine Kiss by Lucy Score & Claire Kingsley
Another challenge book and helps me continue a series I’m in the middle of. - Bitter Falls by Rachel Caine
